For This Season

When You Are Waiting

Waiting is hard work. You prayed, you believed, you did what you knew to do, and it still has not happened yet.

Waiting is not wasted. God is working in the waiting. These devotionals will help you hold on until it comes.

I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry.

Psalm 40:1 (NIV)

but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:31 (NIV)

Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.

Psalm 27:14 (NIV)
